Quality Assurance Department

QAD ensures the implementation of a quality management system at the Testing Center (IC), maintains it in working condition and improves it in order to meet the applicant's requirements and accreditation criteria and ensure the high quality of product testing activities. The department develops the main forms of the SM documents, controls the fulfillment of the SM requirements in the IC, conducts work with inconsistencies, organizes corrective and preventive actions, conducts audits to monitor compliance with the requirements of regulatory, regulatory and internal IC documents. identifies the need for additional training of staff, conducts continuous monitoring of the effectiveness of the SM.
