Duties

• work in the microbiological laboratory with PBA III-IV pathogenicity groups;
• the study of samples taken during microbiological monitoring of a controlled production environment (air and surfaces of cleanrooms, primary packaging, etc.);
• test of drugs for sterility;
• testing of medicines, raw materials, purified water and water for injection microbiological purity;
• preparation of culture media and solutions from dry concentrates;
• control of growth and selective properties of nutrient media;
• maintaining a collection of test strains of microorganisms;
• maintaining working journals, filling out protocols;
• participation in the validation of microbiological techniques, production processes;
• participation in the development of work instructions..

Duties

• Organize the activities of the Department in accordance with its goals and objectives, implement, maintain and improve the management system of the organizational Department.
• Organize the collection of information and materials required for testing, review, discussion and analysis of applications and requests for testing.
• Control the acceptance, registration and distribution of product samples for testing in the laboratories of the test center.
• To control the safety and proper storage of samples of products received for testing before transfer to the laboratory of the test center.
• Control the timing of product testing.
• Check the results, summarize them, ensure timely execution of protocols and transfer to the customer.
• Monitor the timely submission of information (test reports) to the Federal accreditation service using FGIS, monitor the status of records management in the Department.
• To organize training of employees of the organizational Department necessary for performance of official duties.
• To conduct primary and repeated briefings on labor protection at workplaces with employees of the Department.
• Participate in the organization and conduct of internal and external audits of the test center units.

• development of new equipment, acceptance, installation, participation in equipment qualification and process validation.
